Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Introduction and Scope of Policy

This Privacy Policy constitutes a formal outline of the data collection, utilization, and protection practices enforced by The Good Brew ("we," "us," or "our"). We are deeply committed to safeguarding the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This document establishes how we handle the personal information you disclose when accessing our website (www.thegoodbrewcart.com), submitting service inquiries, or securing our mobile espresso services for private and corporate events. By utilizing our website and services, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in this agreement.

2. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

In the course of facilitating our premium event services, we collect specific personally identifiable information required to fulfill our operational obligations. This information includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, direct phone number, and detailed event logistics such as venue locations, service timelines, and guest attendance counts. Furthermore, we collect necessary billing and payment information, which is securely transmitted and processed through our designated payment gateway, Wix Payments. We do not retain or store full credit card numbers on our internal servers at any time.

3. Utilization of Collected Information

The personal data we procure is utilized strictly for the execution of necessary business operations and client communications. This encompasses the generation of accurate service proposals, the processing of formal bookings, and the management of detailed event logistics. Additionally, we utilize your information to transmit essential transactional correspondence, including invoices, service agreements, payment confirmations, and, provided you have granted explicit consent, conversational and logistical SMS text messages directly related to your specific event reservation.

4. SMS and Text Messaging Data Protection Policy

We maintain an uncompromising stance on the privacy of your mobile communication data, adhering strictly to A2P 10DLC compliance standards. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the previously mentioned categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this specific information will not be shared with any third parties, sold, or distributed under any circumstances. You reserve the right to revoke your consent and opt out of receiving transactional text messages at any time by simply replying "STOP" to any direct message you receive from our business.

5. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing

The Good Brew operates under a strict policy against the sale, rental, or unauthorized distribution of your personal information to external entities. We exclusively share requisite operational data with highly vetted third-party service providers that are essential to our business infrastructure. These providers include our primary website hosting platform, Wix, and our secure transaction processor, Wix Payments. These affiliated platforms are legally bound by their own stringent privacy and security protocols to ensure your data remains protected during digital transit and processing.

6. Data Security Measures

We implement rigorous, industry-standard digital and procedural security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or public disclosure. While we continuously strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, it is important to acknowledge that no method of digital transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is unequivocally secure. Consequently, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information against highly sophisticated external breaches.

7. Client Rights and Data Control

You maintain explicit rights regarding the personal data we hold on your behalf. At any point, you may formally request access to the personal information we have collected, petition for immediate corrections to any factual inaccuracies within your profile, or request the complete deletion of your personal data from our active operational records, barring any information we are legally required to retain for tax or compliance purposes.

8. Contact Information

If you have any formal inquiries, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the management of your personal data, you are encouraged to contact our administrative team directly. You may reach Aleks Shestyuk, Owner and Operator of The Good Brew, via email at thegoodbrewcart@gmail.com, by phone at (916) 886-6181, or by visiting our primary website at www.thegoodbrewcart.com.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client"), and The Good Brew ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website (www.thegoodbrewcart.com) as well as any related mobile espresso catering services. By utilizing our website, submitting an inquiry, or securing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

To officially secure a date on our calendar, a formal $100 down payment is required. This down payment is fully refundable for a grace period of up to seven (7) days following the initial transaction. After this seven-day period, the down payment becomes strictly non-refundable. The final remaining balance for your event is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date. Payments are accepted exclusively via Wix Payments (which incurs a standard 5% processing fee) or in cash (which waives the processing fee). If the final payment is not successfully processed by the stated deadline, the booking is considered formally canceled, and the date will be released for rebooking. Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability, updated pricing, and potential rescheduling fees.

3. Venue and Logistical Requirements

To execute our premium service, the Client must ensure the venue provides adequate logistical support. We require a minimum operational footprint of 6 feet by 12 feet. Furthermore, the venue must supply two (2) standard electrical outlets located on separate circuit breakers. Our team will arrive forty-five (45) minutes prior to the contracted service start time to facilitate setup. If these logistical and power requirements cannot be met by the venue, or if accurate setup details are not provided, it may result in service delays or inability to operate, for which The Good Brew is not liable and no refunds will be issued.

4. Service Execution and Guarantee

Our service packages include an extensive menu of espresso drinks, flavored sodas, and seasonal specials, with unlimited drinks provided per guest during the contracted service window. Drinks may not be pre-poured or taken to-go in bulk quantities. Our "Every Guest Served Guarantee" dictates that if there is a continuous, uninterrupted line of guests from the start of service through the scheduled end time, our baristas will remain operational past the contracted time at no additional charge to ensure everyone in that continuous line is served. However, if the line ends or breaks prior to the scheduled conclusion, service will promptly end at the initially contracted time.

5. Liability and Right to Refuse Service

The Good Brew is committed to delivering exceptional service; however, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or abandon service without issuing a refund under specific conditions. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, venue access restrictions, or power failures. Furthermore, we mandate a safe and professional working environment for our staff. We reserve the absolute right to terminate service immediately and depart the premises in the event of a hostile, aggressive, or physically unsafe environment, including harassment or threats directed at our team members, or extreme drunkenness and violence among attendees.

6. Guest Count Accuracy

Proposals and inventory are meticulously calculated based on the final guest count provided by the Client. Under-reporting the guest count may lead to critical supply shortages or the refusal of service to uncounted attendees. If service cannot continue due to a grossly inaccurate headcount, The Good Brew reserves the right to withhold refunds or issue only a partial refund at our sole discretion.

7. SMS Communications

By opting into our SMS communications via our contact forms, you agree to receive transactional and logistical text messages regarding your specific event. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." For further details on how we protect your information, please review our formal Privacy Policy.

8. Policy Modifications

The Good Brew reserves the right to update or modify these terms, pricing structures, and operational procedures at any time. The most current version of these terms will always dictate the operational agreement, superseding any prior digital or printed materials.
